Terms of Service

Last updated: May 28, 2026

1. The Service

Cyber Guardian Scan is a security scanning tool for MCP servers, AI Skills, IDE extensions, and related code. It combines deterministic threat rules with AI-assisted analysis to provide security verdicts and recommendations.

2. Advisory Results

Scan results are advisory only. No scanner can detect every vulnerability, malicious behavior, supply-chain issue, or prompt injection. You remain responsible for installation, deployment, and security decisions.

3. Code Submission Rules

4. Acceptable Use

5. Free Beta Access

The free beta currently allows 10 scans per month, enforced by server-side usage limits. If you need larger scan volume for a team, research project, or organization, contact sales@cyberguardianscan.com.

6. Availability and Changes

The service may be changed, paused, rate-limited, or discontinued at any time. We may update detection rules, AI models, quotas, and access terms as the product evolves.

7. No Warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyber Guardian Scan and its operators are not liable for damages arising from scan results, missed detections, false positives, service downtime, business losses, data loss, or security incidents.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.

10. Contact

For support, legal, privacy, or product questions, contact support@cyberguardianscan.com. For larger scan-volume requests, contact sales@cyberguardianscan.com.
