Terms of Service

Last updated: May 28, 2026

1. The Service

Cyber-Guardian AI is a security scanning tool for MCP servers, AI Skills, IDE extensions, and related code. It combines deterministic threat rules with AI-assisted analysis to provide security verdicts and recommendations.

2. Advisory Results

Scan results are advisory only. No scanner can detect every vulnerability, malicious behavior, supply-chain issue, or prompt injection. You remain responsible for installation, deployment, and security decisions.

3. Code Submission Rules

4. Acceptable Use

5. Free Tier and Paid Plans

The free tier currently allows 7 scans per month, enforced by server-side usage limits. Paid plan names, quotas, and prices shown on the site are subject to change before checkout is enabled. Payment processing, if enabled, will be handled by a third-party provider.

6. Availability and Changes

The service may be changed, paused, rate-limited, or discontinued at any time. We may update detection rules, AI models, quotas, and pricing as the product evolves.

7. No Warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyber-Guardian AI and its operators are not liable for damages arising from scan results, missed detections, false positives, service downtime, business losses, data loss, or security incidents.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.

10. Contact

For legal, privacy, or product questions, contact the project operator through the contact channel listed on the site or repository.
